  • An aviation regulatory body eg CAA, to comply with licensing regulations and auditing
  • Postal and courier services to provide shipping of books, training material or other goods.

Data Processors

A Data processor in relation to personal data, means any person/organisation (other than an employee of the data controller) who processes the data on behalf of the data controller. In our case these Service Providers and financial institutions partners as follows:

  • Third party service providers who help us to provide our Services, payment processing services, to assist us with the prevention, detection, mitigation, and investigation of potentially illegal acts, fraud and/or security breaches, bill collection: An aviation authority, eg CAA, Paypal and other organisations that process payments for financial transactions
  • Third party shipping providers (e.g., Royal mail, DHL, UPS, etc.) with whom we share delivery address, contact information and shipment tracking information for the purposes of facilitating the delivery of items purchased and other delivery related communications.

Security

Security is a priority for us when it comes to your personal data. We’re committed to protecting your personal data and have appropriate technical and organisational measures in place to make sure that happens.
