New Gyro for Wickenby

Wickenby Flyers The Wickenby Wanderers Flying Group took delivery of their new MT-03 Gyroplane G-RSMT on the 1st of May

Their aircraft, an “ex-demonstrator” from UK agent Rotorsport UK, will be flown by group members Mark Carter, Andy Jones and Alastair Lucking and joins the growing gyroplane fleet at Wickenby Airfield near Lincoln.

The team flew their new machine back from the Long Mynd, with the group’s Chief Pilot Andy Jones at the controls.

Mark Carter has reached solo stage and hopes to qualify soon for his PPL(G); Alastair Lucking is following hot in his footsteps.

The team are all students and former students of The Gyrocopter Experience - Lincoln at Wickenby.
